Pleas read this terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment with us. The use of our services and access to consultation booking is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these terms. By using our services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms then you cannot access our services.
- We are not a legal representative or a law firm
- We are a professional company with expertise in Irish immigration. Some of our consultants are Solicitors with law practice experience outside Ireland , while others are trained consultants in Irish Immigration System
- We are an independent body and have no connection with the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service Therefore we cannot determine or guarantee a positive outcome of immigration applications, or influence waiting times for a submitted application
- The consultation and registration fee is a once off payment for all time consultation. This means you can always come back to us for professional advice during the process of your immigration query or application
- As a professional service, any payments made to us for a service initiated cannot be refunded at any stage
- Payments for consultation and registration must be paid in advance and it is non refundable (except in the case of cancellation)
- We must be notified within 24 hours for cancellation or change of appointment for consultation to qualify for a refund (Consultation)
- Payment for application can be made in full payment to avail of discount offers
- There is an option for installment payment for applications but at least 60% must be paid in advance
- Clients must be polite to our consultants at all times. Aggression and verbal abuse is not tolerated. In the event of client misconduct, we reserve the right to refrain from representing client and returning client file without a refund
- We do not cover the cost for any international postal service, clients are responsible for the cost
- Any payment made to us for visa application does not include the visa application fee to be made to the Irish Embassy
